Hengqi Precision Mould was founded in 2012 and focuses on the development and manufacturing of thin-wall packaging moulds, IML cup moulds, food container moulds, and hot runner injection tooling. In 2024, Hengqi Enterprise established Ningbo Yijie Precision Plastic-Moulding Co., Ltd. as a new operating entity for future growth. The team combines Neural-MOS digital production management, mould design, CNC machining, hot runner experience, assembly, and mould trial support to serve packaging manufacturers that need reliable custom tooling. Hengqi supplies thin-wall cup moulds, takeaway food container moulds, and IML moulds to domestic and overseas markets through operations centered in Ningbo with Tianjin and Chengdu branches supporting machining, assembly, and sales service.
The market is widely distributed in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Northern Europe, North America and other regions.
At present, the annual share of Hengqi's overseas market is about 30% of Hengqi's total annual income, which is about 3-5 million US dollars.
At present, it provides services indirectly for many well-known overseas brands, including Wall's, Nestle, Starbucks, Judith, etc.
The wowplaspack factory in Malaysia, as a branch of Hengqi's Southeast Asia, is based in Malaysia. Its services cover the entire Southeast Asia, including the Middle East and European markets.
We have our own production workshops and warehouses, equipped with complete production and quality inspection equipment.
